Amazon follows its own rules with email marketing. In this email, any other company would have shown you amazing images, maybe a gif, some weird and fancy email effect that someone spent 1 week trying to hack… but not Amazon. They wanted to tell you what to ask you something right away, how did your {{last purchase}} fit?
The best thing is that Amazon is already giving you the opinions that you can have on the item. Yup, they even eliminated THAT friction point – the one where you like what you got, but you don’t know what to say.
In a few, Amazon does the devil’s work. They make it so simple for you to buy and even easier to select an opinion after you purchased!
