Huckberry’s email newsletter is one of the finest examples of eCommerce email marketing available for us to study. The consistency and quality of the content they produce is unlike any other online retail brand we’ve come across. We believe that most important aspect of their approach is the idea of ‘progressive engagement’. As the subscriber scrolls from top to bottom, Huckberry skillfully guides them through new product offerings, content that strengthens brand engagement, and beautiful photography that inspires their audience to get outside.
What’s magical about the newsletter is that it provides an enormously engaging experience for customers who aren’t ready to buy anything. First, they expose subscribers to their most recent curated shopping experience. Then, they introduce one to four new brands and share exclusive offers available only to Huckberry members.
